This site is built to work without tracking you. This page describes exactly what it does and does not set.

The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own. It has no login, no shopping basket and no personalisation, so it has nothing to remember about you between visits.
Analytics and measurement
The site has optional integration points for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. None of them loads unless the corresponding configuration value has been set by the site operator. When none is set — which is the default — no third-party analytics script is requested and no analytics cookie is created.
Where analytics is enabled, those tools may set their own cookies or use similar storage to measure how many people visit each page and which links they use. We use them to understand which pages answer patients’ questions, not to identify individuals.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate visit and page measurement, set by Google.
- Google Tag Manager — a container used to load measurement tags, set by Google.
- Meta Pixel — conversion measurement for advertising, set by Meta.
Conversion events
When analytics is enabled, the site records that certain actions happened — a WhatsApp link was opened, a consultation form was started or submitted, a phone number or email address was clicked. These events record the action and the page it happened on. They never include anything you typed into the form.
Fonts and external resources
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers. That request is not a cookie, but your IP address is visible to Google as part of it.
Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most offer a setting to block third-party cookies specifically. Blocking them will not affect your ability to read this site or to send us an enquiry. Browser-level tracking protection and content blockers will also prevent the analytics scripts above from loading at all.
